Pro Ravintolat Oy is a joint project of three experienced, ambitious and quality-conscious professionals who have gained experience in the country's leading food and catering restaurants. Piia Järvenmäki is responsible for kitchen operations, Petri Tikkanen for administrative matters and Jussi Laakso, who has twice been elected Head Waiter of the Year, is responsible for the sale and service of restaurant operations.
